I spent today and almost all of yesterday asleep, but I am so tired right now I could just crawl back in under the covers and not care if I should ever wake up. I had to get myself out of the house and away from my bed just so I could avoid the temptation, though I'm not sure how well it's really working because here I am at Panera desperately ( Read more... )

So it's happened. I am in official rebellion. I have chucked my vampire high school romance and have decided to just continue on with The Grand Project. Despite my planning and outlining and researching of the Russian Revolution, Soviet Famine, Romanian castles, British accents, and canonical vampire lore, it all came to naught. Revised Things to Do List While in Home:

1) Attend the Fourth of July fireworks display. Nearly missed it, but got there just in time for the start and it was awesome.
2) Fill a mason jar full of fireflies.
3) Visit my favorite bar.
4) Get some lo mein at that Chinese place on Green Mount.
5) Eat some pancakes from Cracker Barrel.
